Postage

All prices at Oak Tree Baby include postage unless otherwise stated.

For peace of mind, we highly recommend the use of registered mail.

Registered postage: Please add $3.50.  Registered article may be tracked online

Payment/Delivery

Goods are delivered upon receipt of payment and will take anytime from 2-3 business days to arrive.

You will be notified promptly by email if required goods are out of stock or delayed.

Kindly print your NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE number clearly when you order. We regret that Oak Tree Baby will not be responsible for goods not received if a faulty shipping address is supplied.

For peace of mind, registered mail is highly recommended. We regret that Oak Tree Baby will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the process of delivery.

Exchange/Returns

Exchange/returns can be made within 7 days of purchase if products are due to manufacturer’s fault. Please contact us promptly.

Returned goods must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. Delivery charge on original order is non-refundable. We regret that Oak Tree Baby will not be responsible for return postage.
